I've

just been listening to some of the most beautiful music I have a feeling was ever made. Last song was Jhene Aiko- Summertime.

I love when I listen to something and it makes me feel light and feathery and feminine and happy.

I've also been lazy. I haven't worked out in months and now I have a small gut and flimsy arms. Not a good look for an ex-yoga/pilates body.
So when I get off of the computer I will be putting my body to the test.
Let's see if it remembers how those long stretches feel.


When summer turns into fall
I feel my heart begin
Life comes back when
Nature goes back and
I feel amazing
The wind is giving sweet kisses
and the sun is not assaulting its hiding
and the leaves match my skin
and the grass no longer needs to be cut
And love is better made on a whim
Outside on the blushing tree trims
or in the rain. especially then

when our bodies are hot and
the water crystals that fall
are cold .
