when u are natural people stare.
But they are only looking for your smile and a signal that its ok to love ur natural beauty too.
Thats what I think.
when u look closely they are a mess of tiny little curls.
Like tiny little blessings they can be misleading and upon an uncareful glance can be dismissed as a mat of failure.
But when you take it and stretch it you see they are spirals of beauty and wisdom and tall like pillars of faith.
Then when you let it go like magic it snaps back almost to the same position it used to be in but standing much taller and proud.
Some people will hate it for the difference it takes to their baneness.
Thats when its up to you to know that your natural beauty is beautiful especially because its different.
Go in your mirror.
Are you ugly?
Smile.
Are you ugly?
Smile for real.
Are you ugly?
Smile until you laugh.
Are you ugly?
Think about your heart what's in it?
Are you ugly?
Feel your heart, who's in it?
Are you ugly?
Think about your future. How do you see you in it?
Are you ugly?
If not, then your only option is to laugh at others when they say you are. Because it's hilarious that they can't see natural;true beauty like you can.
I wore my hair in an afro yesterday.
Peaked some curiousity, startled some poodles and shih zu's, angered some pidgeons and hawks, delighted most other beautiful creatures, inspired some conversation.
But the most important impact was that I made me happy.
How was your natural day today?
